Hotel Management Diploma or similar and further 5 -6 years Restaurant & F/B Management

experience in an high end establishment required.

NOT Family Restaurant experience.

Excellent knowledge of beverages and wines.

Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office and Micros

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

Excellent customer & staff relations skills required.

Excellent communication skills

Impeccable service standards, clean work habits and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in an upscale, high volume environment with efficiency
