Established company in retail is looking for experienced and ambitious Branch Managers to run their branches in Pretoria and Edenvale.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade12
Tertiary qualification in Marketing/ Sales or retail
Previous experience in retail NB: FMCG, Furniture, Outdoors, Motor
Bilingual: Afrikaans and English
Own transport and valid license

Responsibilities:
Customer services essential and major part of job
Professional demeanour with customers
Manage branch entirely that includes showroom and warehouse
Manage branch staff
Communicate effectively with warehouse manager and staff - oversee entire warehouse
Target driven
Push branch sales
Investigate in customer queries and deliveries
Oversee arrange deliveries
Ensure branch is running smoothly
Ensure minimum stock loss and damages.

Personal skills:
Well spoken, presentable and knowledgeable
Friendly demeanour
Able to handle high pressure and large volumes of sales and work
Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently

Salary:
R18 000.00 per month - depending on experience
Commission based on turnover
Increase annually based on performance
13th cheque at management discretion based on performance

Working hours:
Mon - Fri from 09h00 – 17h00
Sat 09h00 – 16h00
Sun 10h00 – 14h00
One weekend off a month
Days off during week
