Key Responsibilities
• Assisting and building relationships with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and following up on queries where applicable
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
• Assisting clients with processing of forms, applications and requests
• Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
• Maintain customer databases
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Assist in improving the environment with projects, process reviews and other enhancements

Required Skills
• A good overall understanding of the investment industry
• High level of computer literacy
• Good verbal and written communication skills with clients, internal business units and service providers

Qualifications and Experience
• An appropriate tertiary education
• 2 - 3years experience in Asset Management
• Financial Services experience specifically Asset Management, Retirement Funds and Unit Trusts experience
• Call Centre experience (Financial Services) - Essential
