Retail Consultant - 5* Game Lodge.

High end 5* Game Lodge - Sabi Sands Game Reserve - Mpumalanga
You will be responsible to help Guests in identifying and purchasing required goods and services in a retail shop environment.
In addition, it is to manage the Retail outlet, maximizing profit and minimizing losses through stringent stock controls.

Perform and drive shop sales in the Lodges Galleries, operating the POS efficiently and adhering to procedures relating to pricing and stock control;
• Maintain retail operations
• Serve customers making recommendations, helping, advising, directing and dealing with enquiries;
• Assist in conducting mid-month and end of month stock takes and report any stock irregularities;
• Meet with Retail Manager as required and update on retail operations;
• Attend departmental meetings;
• Uphold and maintain the developed set of Group and Property standards;
• Serve a variety of coffee beverages and sandwiches in the Delis.

Requirements -
Qualifications and Skills
• Matric/NQF Level 4
• Min 1 year experience in a similar position
• Strong customer service orientation
• Health & Safety knowledge
• Good admin skills
• Lodge experience

Salary R 7 000 - R 8 000 including accommodation and company benefits.
