Retail food outlet has a Head Baker / Bakery Supervisor position available. Looking for individuals with a formal qualification and with commercial & retail baking experience. Must be able to create and bake various different types of breads, desserts and pastries on a big scale. Successful applicant will also be expected to control stock as well as manage quality and quantity. Looking for someone with good communications skills who works well under pressure. Salary R 10-12 K.
