RETAIL MANAGER (High-end Luxury Retail)
SALARY: R20 000 – R23 000 p/m
MUST BE ABLE TO START 15 MARCH – 20 MARCH 2017
SANDTON CITY, JOHANNESBURG

This role requires drive, execution and accountability. Collaboration, resilience and strategic thinking are essential. It also requires flexibility to work on weekends (200 hours p/m).
In your role as Retail Manager, you will assume responsibility for overall management of the store, staff, merchandise and customer service. The Manager is responsible for driving his/her team to achieve sales objectives, achieving high merchandise and operational standards.

This role requires a professional, seasoned Manager with a background in Premium Retail !!

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience with up to date references
• Must have a Matric Certificate
• Must have Management experience in Luxury Retail Stores !
• Strong business acumen and skill-set
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well spoken & well presented
• Great organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communicational and customer-service abilities
