An exciting opportunity exists for a Retail Manager, to be hired by one of the top security companies in SA. This Retail Manager position is vacant and will be based from Robertville JHB. The overall purpose of this position is to service major Retail client to ensure that all contractual and service level agreements are adhered to and that the client's needs are efficiently met at all times.

Key Areas of Responsibility will include:

Maintaining good relations between Private Security Company and Client with regards to security services rendered.
Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of services.
Ensuring continuous assessments of the Client's premises and minimizing as far as possible risk with regards to shrinkage and stock losses.
Ensuring that all Security Officers on site meet contractual requirements as stipulated by the client.
Attending meetings with Client and give feedback on audits/checklist completed.
Liaising with Executives and Senior Operations Management on a day to day basis regarding operational matters.
Submitting relevant monthly reports to the Client and Management.
Visiting the Client premises and conducting risk and security audits.
Consulting with Client on shrinkage prevention measures.

Qualifications, Experience and Other Competence Required:

Matric Certificate.
At least 5 years' experience in Retail security.
Experience in Quality Management System.
NOSA/ISO Management System.
Experience in communicating at Executive and Senior Management level.
Good proven record.
No criminal record.
Should have full knowledge and understanding of Firearm Act.
Previous staff management experience required.
Work extend hours if and when required.
Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP will be an added advantage.
Candidates should reside in Johannesburg.
Should be able to work independently and professionally.
Daily travelling will be required therefore applicants should have their own reliable transport and valid unendorsed drivers' licence.
