One of our clients is looking for a dynamic individual to take up the role of Retail Marketing Head and to become a part of their team!

Main purpose of position
? Lead the retail channel as one of the key levers of growth for the company by contributing to achieve budgeted volumes and increasing loyalty of current customers
? Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of all initiatives and activities related to retail channel, as agreed in the marketing plans
? Brief and align with Marketing Managers, Product Development Team and Sales Leads/Managers on all major initiatives and planned activities

Duties and Responsibilities
? Contribute to achieve the budgeted volume and market share for brands/products within the retail channel
? Contribute to driving increasing penetration of new products and retailers in line with strategic positioning
? An annual effective retail channel plan. Promotions are consistent and well planned
? Ensuring that Sales teams are clear on offerings and selling proposition in every activity
? Good working relationship and working environment across all departments in the company and external partners such as agencies and HQ

Qualifications and Experience
? Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing / Business disciplines
? At least 4 years of marketing/sales function
? Good analytically skills, Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel spread sheet
? Able to present well and is a self- starter and Creative
? Language proficiency: English
