Retail Operations Manager Position available with a well-known and established Fashion Retail Group that is seeking an experienced Ops Manager to join their team in Gauteng. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for looking after several retail outlets within the Johannesburg and Pretoria regions. The candidate will be required to travel on a monthly basis.

Candidate must have more than 5 years’ experience as a Retail Operations Manager or in a similar field. Candidate MUST have a valid South African Driver’s License and your own vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

- Interact with the regional team and responsible for the implementation of brand strategy.
- Drives the brand strategy, working with the regional team to incorporate feedback from the stores, apply regional judgement and align on choices with the global leadership team.
- Controls and manages the level of in-store inventory, new products, visual merchandising and collateral materials. Ensure their timely availability for marketing activities.
- To build effective relationships within the retail network.
- To identify new store opening opportunities.
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge of the retail industry, including competitors, retail partner performance and consumer trends.
- To identify opportunities through consumer insights to drive business performance.


Salary negotiable depending on experience
