The retail outlet supervisor will lead a team of sales representatives and will be responsible for the performance of this team as well as being responsible for creating and maintaining a retail environment conducive to maximising department sales performance and customer experience.


Skills required include:

Matric NB

· Experience in retail Sales & Retail junior management

· Goods Receiving

· Stock taking

· Customer relations

· Point of Sales

· Sage Evolution (optional – in house training will be provided but prior experience will be beneficial)

· Merchandising & Labelling

· Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook


Remuneration:

· Monthly Basic Salary of R9 000.00

· Commission based on sales team performance

· Membership to Provident fund with employer contributions

· Optional medical aid

· 3 Months’ probation period
