Brothers Tech has a vacancy available for a Retail Sales Assistant that is to assist with customer service and sales in the store. The sales assistant is to provide the customer with an enjoyable experience in the store and will be required to work shifts and weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure that sales targets are met.
Ensure that customer queries are addressed in full.
Give Assistant Manager feedback on Sales.
Ensure that the store is presentable at all times.
Housekeeping.
Shelf Dressing.
Follow up on quotes given.
Contact customers to collect repairs.

Experience

Minimum 1 year retail sales.
Tech store experience advantageous.

Qualifications

Matric minimum
Retail related qualifications is advantageous.
Good knowledge of Technology related products is a must

Compensation

Basic + Commission

This is a BBBEE position.
