Requirements:
Minimum Matric
Any additional Management achievement will be an advantage
Must have worked as a Store Manager for the major retail supermarket chain stores.
Hands-on experience in managing Fresh Foods department, i.e. bakery, butchery, fresh produce, hot foods
Hands-on experience in managing the groceries floor, stock ordering system, store admin, managing people of all levels
3 years retail supermarket management experience

Knowledge/Duties:

Store opening and closing.
Stock control.
