Our client is South Africa’s largest online home services business offering cleaning, and they are looking for a smart, motivated, execution-focussed and driven Supply Retention Manager in Cape Town, who can manage the retention of our client’s cleaners.
Our client is one of the fastest growing start-ups in the country with over 3 million serviced hours from across the country, looking to expand into more services and other geographies. They’re building a full Home Services app to connect millions of customers and cleaners around the country and world to make getting any service for your home much easier, quicker and more reliable. At the same time, they’re tackling unemployment and underemployment, improving people’s lives all round.

Main Duties:
• Refine our client’s National Retention Plan and keep adding value-added benefits to the platform
• Define and implement localised operational processes and procedures
• Execute on the retention plan.
• Define and execute on the Communication Plan
• Onboard new cleaner benefits to the platform
• Communicate to all cleaners like a charismatic leader
• Train your colleagues on your rollout plan
• Help us with the expansion process to other markets and local geographies
• Ensure your plan stays relevant and in line with the cleaner’s requirements

Required Skills:
• Have previous experience in project planning
• Experience in sharing economy, tech business, service industry, start-up or dynamic high-growth company is a strong plus
• Be great at connecting the dots between retaining cleaners and what value they would want from our platform
• Have a data-driven analytical mindset (Excel/ Google Sheets skills and understand economics)
• Enjoy getting into people's heads en-masse!
• Be an energetic hustler and shaker, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
• Have a BCom, Industrial Psychology or other people behaviour management or commerce-related degree
• Be passionate about new technologies and servicing clients and caring for cleaners
