Global E Commerce Company who service the online gaming clients in Europe, UK, Canada and Australia are needing to hire a Retention Programme Manager to head up the team and all VIP programme management. The individual needs to have exceptional leadership qualities, be self-motivated, detail orientated, strategic, hands on, proactive, with excellent communication skills.

The role responsibilities include creating and implement initiatives to generate revenue and client activity, quickly and constantly identify clients with potential from a ROI perspective, conduct competitive analysis. The RM will be required to take ownership of all site pages, across all brands/countries in liaison with product and ops managers on executing defined strategies all whilst continually growing a loyal customer base for the best ROI.
