You will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding their policy arrears and provide payment solutions and assist in reinstating lapsed policies.Responsible to provide effective and efficient services to clients by contacting clients/financial advisors and reinstating policies

Required:
Matric/ Grade 12 Essential
RE-certification Qualification

1-2 years Experience in a similar Role as a Retention
