The individual will be responsible to ensure the engagement and retention of clients within the current portfolio, drive effective and consistent service delivery and support to all internal clients aligned to the company values, responsibly managing financial and other company resources under your control.

Matric/Grade 12
2 years retention experience
1 – 2 years product and system knowledge is beneficial.
Financial service and or insurance will advantageous
