A large financial institution based in Cresta, Johannesburg is looking to hire a retentions consultant.

You will deal with clients who want to cancel their policies, you will use your listening skills to identify triggers and your sales experience to identify a solution/product and requote the client so that they stay with the company.

You will be measured on your success rate to retain clients and will earn incentives for reaching your target.
