Job Description:

Responsible for administration of all intercity prices, with the ultimate objective of maximizing revenues
Respond to ad hoc price requests from passengers, staff, etc.
Discount and Vouchers
Route management
Budget and planning
Support all revenue management systems and processes.
General management and administration of people processes for subordinates.
Focus on continuous improvement in systems, reports and processes related to all areas of responsibility.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Identify problems and act proactively to take corrective action.
Handle customer and staff complaints related to various areas of responsibility.
Be available during certain weekends and public holidays for standby support.
Work with other key functions within the Commercial department including Scheduling, Sales and Marketing and Business Development in order to ensure total revenue is being maximized and help deliver company objectives

Qualifications:

Relevant degree/qualification in Revenue Management or any quantitative discipline.
MBA will be advantageous.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a position responsible for Revenue Management.
Excellent analytical skills.
Have a proficient knowledge of the company, its divisions, associates, people, products, service and website.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be willing to assist in general administrative duties.
Enjoy working independently as well as be part of a team.
Assist fellow colleagues in the daily running of company related tasks.
Be focused on providing work of an extremely high quality.
Show ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
Very good organizational skills.
Innovative in maximizing revenue.
Detail orientated.
