Client based in the North of Johannesburg is seeking to employ a Reward specialist to compliment their Payroll department

Suitable candidates must have experience in:

Drafting of job profiles.
Conduct job evaluations.
Development of reward strategy.
Conduct salary benchmarks and assist with positioning of employees.
Draft remuneration structures.
Draft STI and LTI plans.
Must have 5-7 years experience in a similar environment

Bachelors degree is essential
