POSITION: Reward/Loyalty/Lifestyle - Key Accounts Manager

LOCATION: Florida (West Rand)
SALARY: R30k - R35k per month + incentive scheme on renewals & upselling
INDUSTRY: Reward/Loyalty/Lifestyle - Specialist services in linking clients’ customers, members/staff with relevant brands and benefits, experiences and lifestyle services that save them time and money.
COMMENCEMENT: ASAP!!!!
• Own transport (you will be required to travel to clients)
• May be required to work overtime to meet deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:
• Appropriate tertiary qualification / degree
• 3 – 5 years’ verifiable experience as a key account manager. Experience with rewards / loyalty / lifestyle preferred
o Ability to manage client accounts, across a broad spectrum of industries and organisations of varying sizes
o Skill and experience in implementing new accounts
o Skill and experience in proposal and presentation writing / creation
o Skill and experience in analysing programme participation and utilisation data, identifying trends and communicating analytical observations and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders
o Skill and experience in developing account renewal strategies
o Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to communicate to a broad range of in-client audiences
o Excellent expectation management skills
• Broad-based computer literacy
o Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office
o Experience with CRM software preferred
