Key Responsibilities:

Consulting on projects across the full spectrum of reward. This includes:
•Drafting of job profiles.
•Conduct job evaluations.
•Development of reward strategy.
•Conduct salary benchmarks and assist with positioning of employees.
•Draft remuneration structures.
•Draft STI and LTI plans.

Qualifications and experience:

•5-7 years demonstrated specialist and consulting experience in reward management.
•Solid knowledge of the principles and theories applied in Reward management.
•Fully computer literate and proficient in all MS Office packages with advanced knowledge of Excel.
•Relevant tertiary education or related experience in reward management.
•Experience in writing and reviewing opinions and presenting to clients.
