MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 Year Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3+ Years of engineering experience in antenna and RF circuit design
• 3+ Years of engineering experience in antenna design and development with a strong RF background
• Good experience in research radio frequency
• Experience in antenna design and analysis as applied to highly integrated systems/devices
• Experienced with EM Simultion tools
• Experienced with per forming chamber measurements, post processing and analyzing data
• Familiar with basic circuit design & schematic development
• Knowledgeable in digital & analog circuits
• Testing and troubleshooting experience using basic equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes & DMMs
• Knowledgeable in system integration including; ESD, and EMI design
• Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written
• Experienced at multi-tasking several projects simultaneously

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide antenna designs for new:
o Product developments
o Technology developments
• Validate design concepts with disciplined testing, analysis and simulations
• Stay current with emerging technologies
• Support the development of prototypes & technology demonstrators
• Work as part of a team
• Work with cross-functional teams on non-electrical system disciplines, i.e., mechanical integration, industrial design, etc.
• Will lead the respective antenna design, the engineer is responsible for specification, design and documentation for manufacturing of different antenna and RF solutions
• Self-motivated, with a desire to learn new design concepts and skills, eager to take technical leadership roles, a team player, with passion for own work
• Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
