Our Online Casino Management client is looking for a RISK AGENT to provide first level risk screening and customer service to markets and their players in accordance to set business rules and guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Withdrawal Screening
• Chargeback Administration
• Negative Database Administration (CND)
• Customer Service/ Query handling in regard to cash ins (player & internal)
• Maintaining and investigating daily risk reports – Admin events, Rejected Transactions, Casper Deposits, etc.
• Record Keeping of all Data investigated and resolved issues
• Follow-up on all unresolved issues between Risk and its clients
• Casino Policy enforcement with reference to responsible gaming, risk rules and withdrawals
• Various adhoc duties relating to monitoring, customer administration and service as the business needs revolved

REQUIREMENTS
• Matric + Relevant Tertiary education
• Previous Risk experience in the online gaming experience is essential.
• Working knowledge of the full Microsoft Package
• Fluency in written and spoken English
