Global E Commerce Company who service online gaming clients in Europe, UK, Canada and Australia need to hire a self-driven and highly motivated RISK AGENT to manage the first level of risk screening and customer service to their clients. The candidate must have a Degree or currently busy with their Degree (ideally in Finance) We are looking to work with highly confident, assertive, proactive Team players with sound judgement skills, critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills and who will be accountable for the management of the workflow processes and administrative tasks. The ideal person needs to be organised with a high stress tolerance. Duties include but not limited to fraud screen, withdrawal screening, charge-back administration, CND, Payment inquiries and Risk. The candidate needs to commence as soon as possible, so ideally nothing longer than a 2 week notice period.

Salary R12k-16k CTC (will be negotiated according to your experience)
