We are a dynamic E-Commerce company looking for a passionate, pro-active and self-motivated Risk Analyst with a flair for utilising a number of detection techniques in-order to identify high risk accounts, detect unusual activity, investigate and subsequently close suspicious accounts in order to mitigate risk.

Qualifications and requirements:
• 2 years’ minimum experience in a risk role
• Experience in the online gambling industry – advantageous
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Computer Literacy
• A solid understanding
• Stress Tolerance - accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations

Duties:
• Determine solutions to minimize or eliminate risks.
• Determine and apply the appropriate restrictions to be made on a client’s account based on the clients risk profile
• Verify client documents for authenticity by internal and external means
• Provide Risk support to the rest of the company and third party partners
• Liaise with third party service providers on fraud trends and other relevant issues
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly fraud figures and an analysis on those figures to management
• Extract negative data from third party service providers and action clients accordingly
• Investigate fraud from Affiliates
• Manage chargeback figures by reversing credit cards and transactions where applicable
• Examine and interpret statistical reports.
• Predict the future trends from the current developments in the market and recommend to management accordingly to plan the strategies.
• Monitor and assess the post-period implementation of risk management strategies.
• Aid in the constructive developments for the company to create good capital.
• Perform daily screening of active and inactive clients to identify potential risks
