Minimum requirements:

Remediation of divisional asset irregularities
Interrogation of:
identified ledger accounts
losses & write-offs
deviations from normal business practices
Review of processes pertaining to:
insurance claims
the handling of cash & overall divisional assets
insurance claims
overall company controls
Management of:
Corporate registers (Conflicts of Interest and Delegation of Authority)
Internal & insurance audits
Stakeholder relationships
Reconciliation & follow-through of insurance claims
Keeping abreast of current, new, and upcoming legislature affecting the division
Reporting on:
audit ratings
branch incidents
