Main Function :
Implement and Maintain Risk management programme to ensure a legally compliant, Food safe and safe Sorghum Processing Unit.
Requirements:
? Grade 12 and related tertiary education in Risk Management.( Diploma or Degree)
? Minimum 5 years experience in risk management security investigation, industrial accident prevention, fire fighting technology, fire risk identification, insurance risk management, industrial hygiene, environmental management, internal safety, environmental and food safety auditing.
? Exposure to business and admin systems
? Must know Criminal Procedure Act, OHS Act and NOSA MBO system
? Able to work irregular hours

KPA's and responsibilities
? Safe work environment and compliance to Occupational Health and Safety Act and environmental standards.
? Minimized risk to Company
? Manage, plan, develop, lead and implement the efforts of King Food Potchefstroom to comply with Tiger Risk management requirements and policy, as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and Food Safety programme.
? The implementation of a fire prevention program, ongoing training of personnel, identification of fire hazards and ensuring that all fire equipment is maintained and in a good usable condition
? Implementation and co-ordination of a health and hygiene program
? Manage data capturing
? Manage terms of agreements
? Achieve and manage environmental risk management program
? Audit compliance to HACCP and food safety requirements (ISO 22000)
