Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Risk Manager within the Automotive & Manufacturing field. A National Diploma in Health Safety and Environmental, Security qualification advantageous & 10 years experience at a senior level. Candidates must have their own reliable transport. This permanent position is based in Uitenhage, Eastern Cape.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Risk control management experience – track record with references
• Professional affiliation/certification to bodies of relevant industry related to forums will be a distinct advantage
• Minimum 10 years experience in health and safety (SHE) environment
• Advantage will be in experience in project management, leadership and international experience
• Operational and legal occupational health and safety environmental and security certification
• Security risk analyst and surveillance audits track records and experience
• Knowledge of local market, requirements, laws and regulations is essential LRA, EE, HSE, Security standards and operation controls
• Ability to build trust relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Global HS&E and security controller and ensuring compliances
• Knowledge of ISO9001/2015, ISO 14001 & ISO18001 essential
• Ability to deal with conflicting requests and opinions from different stakeholders
• Ability to communicate positively and credibly to all audiences with a good command of English and other languages preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organisation
• Performing a risk assessment, analysing current risks and identify potential risks that are affecting the company, problem solving and implementing corrective actions
• Performing risk evaluations, evaluating the companies previous handling of risks and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements
• Establishing the level of risk, the company is willing to take
• Risk reporting tailored to relevant audience
• Explaining the external risks posed by corporate governance to stakeholders
• Creating business continuing plans to limit risks
• Implementing health and safety measures and managing overall cooperate compliances
• Conducting policy and compliance audits, include liaising with internal and external auditors and reporting to internal stakeholders
• Maintain all records, willing and able to rtravel locally as well as internationally

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
? Matric; National Diploma in Health Safety and Environmental, Security qualification advantageous
? 10 years experience at a senior level.
? Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
? Knowledge of ISO9001/2015, ISO 14001 & ISO18001 essential
? Strong initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment
? Computer literate
