KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Investigations:
• Manage survey and geotech investigations.

Design:
• Prelim and detailed design of urban and rural roads, internal and bulk services for townships and commercial complexes, including overall responsibility of the output.
• Manage design team and monitor outputs.

Communication:
• Communicate with the client, contractor and design team on a project.

Construction Administration
• Manage site staff and perform contract administration.

Project Management:
• Monitor output vs budget vs programme.


QUALIFICATIONS
B Eng / BSc Eng or B Tech Civil Engineering
Registered Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng

EXPERIENCE
• 6 to 10 years roads design experience
• SANRAL experience
• DRPW experience
• Client liaison
• SANRAL experience
• Project Management
• Management of staff
