A Roll Out Manager is required with project management experience, knowledge of civil work quality standards and fibre installation standards.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
To manage senior site engineers, Fibre/Floating and ALC team leads and sub-contractors/partners;
Perform site surveys with the SE;
Initiate and manage Kickoff meetings;
Contract/contractor/partner management;
Ensure quality and EHS management;
As-built documentation;
Perform final QA on as-built; and
Daily/Weekly and Monthly update reports.

Job Requirements:
Must have Matric.
Must be FOA Certified
A Diploma/Degree and qualification in FTTx/FOA.
5 Years’ plus experience in providing FTTx Rollout services.
Excellent communication and client interface skills, both in speaking and writing.
Microsoft Office skills. Proficient in basic Excel (formatting, filtering, sorting data) and Word Strong attention to details of their work.
Must be PC literate.
Must be a quick learner.
Must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
Must be a team player and have strong organization skills to enable efficient processing and clear communication.
Must be able to multi-task, manage a large volume of communication (e.g., email, phone, fax).
Must have strong teamwork skills to assist others and have the ability to commit to team goals, activities and schedules.
Must be able to accept direction on adherence to policies, programs and procedures.
Must have good business perspective skills with the ability to look at problems or projects through the eyes of the customers, competitors,
co-workers and managers.
Must be available to start work immediately.
Must have own transport.
