My client needs to employ an experienced and competent Specifier / Sales Consultant to join his successful Renovations and Property Maintenance team.

EXPERIENCE: The candidate must have minimum 5 years' experience in the field and be familiar with all types of roofing and waterproofing systems.It will be to your advantage if you have experience in other construction fields or painting

OWN TRANSPORT: Must have own reliable transport, drivers licence and preferably reside in Northern suburbs of Cape Town. Company Car to be used during working hours - 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday + the odd Saturday.

COMPUTER LITERATE: Must be computer literate and competent in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cold calling imperative to search and identify new clients. Manage new leads and service existing customer base. Do site inspections, compile quotes and specifications.

SALARY: R15 000 pm plus Commission and Company Benefits.
