Our Client in the Pharmaceutical Industry based in Crown Mines is seeking a Rookie Ky Account Representative to join their team. The suitable candidate MUST HAVE A DEGREE. NO experience is required. Graduates welcome to apply.
Main Purpose of Job

Responsible for achieving Key Accounts sales vs. budgets.
Responsible for Achieving Market shares on sales out of corporate accounts
Managing relationships and increasing business opportunities.

Sales:
Achievement of unit and value Sales targets for Key Account customers.
Achieving Market share targets
Achieving sales out targets on corporate retail customer budgets and sales out targets on promotional product targets by stores
Achievement of Profit Margins to ensure customers are profitable.
Listing and buying of New Products launched
Coverage of allocated customer base
Achieving market related space in Retail Pharmacy
Call rate

Outside Working Hours
Every second Saturday : doing promotions in various corporate pharmacies from 9 to 3

Key Accounts:
Stock levels
Manage Formularies
Monthly Business Reviews with Jealene and Key Account customers
Quarterly Business Reviews with Jealene and Key Account customers
Managing Credits and Rotation of stock at all times
Training of Pharmacist, Pharmacist Assistants & Front shop assistants

Sales and Marketing Strategy
Managing General Marketing Strategies and tactics of Key Accounts
Ensure that all formal sales & marketing strategies are implemented at key accounts
Territory Knowledge
To ensure the appropriate implementation of product managers marketing strategy with regards to new products and focus products.

Admin: Responsible for completion of;
Planners
Every Monday reporting to Jealene via Excel report Actual vs. targets by product and by store
Reports – Daily activity reports as per tablet
Action Plans
Presentations to management on key account activity
Attendance of Meetings
Everyday Objective Planning reports and proper execution planning for products sell out, out of stores
Proper Time Management
Training Schedule
To ensure proper planning and execution.

Product Knowledge:
Updated product knowledge of all Austell products
Knowledge of all Competitor products
Market knowledge
All above must be submitted every Monday with all other planners and reports
