We are looking for a top-notch Rooms Division Manager for our client, a large (+200 rooms) luxury conferencing and leisure venue in the Waterberg. The successful candidate will have solid career progression through all Rooms Division departments.

Minimum requirements
Matric
Tertiary hospitality qualification
Minimum of 4 years as Rooms Division Manager in large hotel units (+100 rooms)
Strong knowledge of Front Office, Reservations and Revenue Management
Strong computer literacy
High energy levels – this is a large property

The position involves overseeing all Rooms Division and Front Office departments. This will involve all Policies and Procedures, cash and revenue management, and departmental budgets. We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills, inter-personal skills, and a “take-charge” hands-on attitude.

Salary is R30 000 – R35 000 CTC per month, negotiable on experience, and the position is live-in.
