3 -4 years Hospitality and 5* Game Lodge Management experience required

Management of the whole housekeeping department and receptionists/reception interns.

Be responsible for scheduling and rotas, leave requests, uniform requirements, provident fund detail, sick leave,

permits and any performance or behaviour related counselling and/or disciplinary for the housekeeping and reception teams.

Be a good communicator

Good English skills required

Be able to plan, prioritize and work well under pressure.

Must be a good team player and also have the ability and motivation to work under own instruction

Must have a valid driver’s license

Good computer skills – both MS Excel and MS Word in particular.

Salary R 8 500 including accommodation.
