Rosslyn, Pretoria: GRADE A CCTV OPERATOR (TEMPORARY POSITION)
Minimum Requirements:
-Matric
-Grade A PSIRA registered A MUST
-Minimum 5 years CCTV Control Room operation experience
-Good public relations
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Good communication (written and verbal).
-Ability to prioritize tasks and requests.
-Ability to cope with pressure.
-Fully computer literate in MS Office
-Good attention to detail, with ability to note and report any deviations to the rule.
-Good adaptability in a team environment (be a team member).
-Process high concentration abilities for prolonged periods of time.
-Ability to operate within 24/7 multi shift environment.
-High level of integrity and honesty.
-Must reside nearby Rosslyn
-Stable employment record
-No previous lawful termination/dismissal at previous employers
-To start as soon as possible
Duration: Temporary position until 31 August 2019
Work hours: Rotating 12 hours shifts (06h00am – 18h00pm / 18h00pm – 06h00am)
Duties:
-Full CCTV Operation and monitoring within control room
-Note and report any deviations to rules
-Input operational system status and information
-Logging incidents on system
-Dispatching of response vehicles
-Operate and monitor all CCTV cameras and video equipment
-Record all events and actions monitored from within the control room
-Monitor incident circumstances and notify applicable law enforcement
-Maintain control room in a neat and clean condition
-Ensure that all work is undertaken in compliance with operating procedures, current legislation and the codes of practice.
Salary: R 10 000.00 gross
