Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Ability to identify new candidate process opportunities and accurately estimate automation feasibility.
• Ability to analyse, understand and document business processes where required.
• Abiltiy to identify and communicate technical requirements for a process automations.
• Ability to design solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
• Ability to configure new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles. These are to be efficient, well structured, maintainable and un-ambiguous.
• Create and maintain solution documentation in accordance with the client and Blue Prism standards.
• Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of the client’s RPA CoE change control process.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues through the Blue Prism platform and provide advice and guidance on best practice development techniques.
• Ability to speedily adapt to multiple client automation needs within client base
• Communicate with Blue Prism on software related issues, suggest improvements and participate with other users in the Blue Prism community.
• Work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the project lead and provide inputs to the Client CoE change control process.
• Creating and document test procedures and scenarios for UAT phases.
• Ability to conduct end to end UAT testing with Client’s internal and external clients.

Desired Profile/Skills

• Knowledge of business process modeling and reengineering
• Awareness of standard SDLC processes (e.g., agile, waterfall, etc..) and change control disciplines
• Ability to blend business analysis with technical skill set to develop efficient processes
• Ability to create and obtain approval on all core RPA outputs (documentation and testing)
• Possesses good communication skills to articulate technical details to a non-technical audience

Preferred:

• 3-5 years of industry and development experience
• 1 – 2 years year of programming experience with BluePrism RPA software
