Our client is currently looking for a Mid-Senior Back-End Engineer with working experience in Ruby on Rails/Elixr experience.

Responsibilities:
• Apply leading-edge web development skills to develop back-end services
• Build modular, reusable code, as well as gems/packages for other services
• Test-driven development
• Build prototypes and turn them into real production-quality features

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree or Diploma in IT Software Development
• 5-10 years C# experience
• Writing performant, scalable and maintainable code
• Experience with ActiveAdmin/Administrate/Grape gems.
• Fluency in Ruby (Sinatra, Rails)
• Experience in RESTful API Design and Architecture
• Experience with Sidekiq & Sidetiq/Delayed Job
• TDD Workflow (Experience with testing frameworks such as RSpec/Capybara)
• Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST
• Strong DB modeling and optimization skills (PostgreSQL)
• Experience in Redis (redis-rb)
• Understanding and knowledge of the Rails Asset Pipeline
