Our client in the Logistics Industry is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their dynamic and growing branches in Rustenburg

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric

  • Previous service sales industry experience

  • Proven track record

  • Exposure within the corporate sales environment 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Ability to persuade and sell

  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

Key Performance Areas:

  • Prospect  consistently for new business that will result in gaining the new business essentially

  • Target Marketing and Research of prospective clients industries logistical requirements

  • Negotiate and present value added solutions on Decision Maker or Executive Level

  • Market and sell International Courier, Domestic Courier, Active Warehousing and Clearing and Forwarding services to prospective clients

  • Ensure consistent and profitable ongoing monthly trade

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships

  • Expand the Company’s business beyond existing customer base into other areas

  • Work closely with allocated Business Development Manager in allocated territory  to ensure strong account implementation, client relationship building  and ongoing identification of account growth strategies

  • Consistently achieve/exceed monthly and annual new business product targets

  • Report directly to the Commercial Manager
