The applicant must have 4 - 5 years managerial experience in Travel and Safaris in Botswana

A diploma in tourism/guiding/wildlife or similar qualifications from an accredited organization is a must.

It is essential that he has the experience to manage the local guides and especially the International tourist that make up

the largest percentage of our clientele.

Leadership of the operations department and manage the operations to consistently deliver an efficient,

safe and high-quality experience in keeping with the company vision and mission, as well as to provide achievable targets to the department,

to motivate and ensure that the department reaches these targets. Developing staff and participating in senior management strategy

are key aspects to achieving the company’s objectives.

Minimum five years of tour operator/ground handling experience
• Minimum five years of management/team leader experience
• Problem-solving essential skills/experience
• Hospitality management/coordination experience
• Ability to work under pressure/excellent organisational skills
• Exceptional planning and coordination skills
• HR experience would be an advantage
• Outstanding computer skills proficiency, particularly in MS word, Excel and Outlook

Salary R 20 000 includes accommodation and a 4x4 company vehicle.
