Our client, a leading retailer, requires the service of a Salary Accounts Officer to pay, reconcile, take corrective actions and keep related accounts up to date


Key performance areas:

? To administer, process and maintain medical aid applications
? To ensure that the accounts reflect the HR payroll interface in SAP
? To ensure that payments are made to relevant third parties
? To ensure that correct information is given to the relevant third party
? To ensure that the full deduction or payment reconciles in the accounts
? To ensure that discrepancies is communicated to payroll for corrective action

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with Mathematics and Accounting on HG with relevant experience
OR
? A diploma/ degree in Office Management and Technology or Accounting
? Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration, reconciliation of accounts and computer based accounting packages
? Experience in reconciliations of accounts on SAP and payroll related payments to third parties would be an advantage
? Experience in medical aid administration would be advantageous
? Computer literate - Excel (SAP would be advantageous)
? Must have excellent numerical skills
? Must have excellent computer skills (English & Afrikaans)
? Must be analytical and detail orientated
