Sales Account Manager - ICT Environment - Centurion

Purpose & Key Objective:

Sales Account Manager to promote sales of the companies' products in existing assigned accounts as well as to source new business opportunities to ensure targets are met.

Minimum Requirements:

ICT related experience coupled with at least 3 year’s sales experience
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level a qualification
Sales, Marketing or project management qualification will be advantageous
Knowledge and understanding of products and service range in the ICT Environment
Basic knowledge of CRM processes and systems
Well versed with sales processes
Strong communication skills covering both written and spoken English as well as presentation skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst ensuring that high quality is maintained at all times

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of the Company’s products by cross-selling the entire range of products and services;
To assist clients to reach or exceed their business objectives through consulting, designing, implementing, managing and supporting IT infrastructures services and solutions that best suit their business requirements;
Develop and maintain a tactical sales plan including a Sales Pipeline and opportunity management across Private & Public sector;
Conduct customer needs analysis and review of existing services/ providers in order to formulate a Customer Value Proposition;
Develop customer specific proposals in collaboration with the Company’s Solution Architects;
Ensure achievement of revenue and gross margin targets as set by Management;
Maintain existing and new sales certification requirements by suppliers;
