The role of the Sales Administration Supervisor is to conduct and supervise the sales administration process for the Handling business accurately and timeously. The main focus will be to maximize sales administration effectiveness by determining and solving sales needs within the department. The position requires reporting on a daily and monthly basis to the Sales Director and will be responsible for all other supervisory tasks supporting and assisting the sales department including national key accounts.

Job Description
Controlling the administrative functions relating to sales leads.
Generating reports on data information and distribute to relevant people (i.e. Delivery on Back Order reports, Customer Satisfaction reports, Market activity, machine cash sale debtors report.)
Managing the distribution of leads in the sales process for optimum sales results.
Responsible to finding timeous resolution to customers queries.
Compile and maintain a customer database including lost sales, proposals.
Maintain a record of customer satisfaction in accordance with agreed dealer agreement.
Direct and motivate Sales Coordinators nationally.
Responsible for delivery and invoicing process for new and used units nationally including keeping an accurate invoicing schedule.
Assist finance department to create purchase orders nationally and MIGO them for processing.
Responsible to resolve all queries on sales / orders / paperwork / invoicing with relevant people.
Ensure sales order packs are complete before Sales Director signs off and assist National Key Accounts Manager with the preparation of sales order packs.
Assist SBSA with collection of legal units and distribute information.
Check trade in paperwork, process for payment and book trade in units into stock nationally and keep record - liaise with respective managers/departments.
Update and record national order intake and distribute (which includes per region, per unit model, per sales person) including Africa deals.
Keep abreast of updated sales information and distribute accordingly (i.e. RV schedule, Maintenance rates schedule, price lists, stop billing and disposals, machine cash sale outstanding report).
Liaise with respective managers and customers on delivery of demo / consignment stock.
Get monthly forecast order intake nationally.
Log and process GRV’s coming in.

Qualifications
Matric.
Post matric qualification would be advantageous

Experience
At least 5 years’ experience
Supervisory experience
In-depth SAP knowledge
