Our client in Paarl is looking for a Sales Administrator.
The successful candidate must have the following skills and qualities:
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English with excellent spelling – Afrikaans will take preference
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Typing of quotations in English and Afrikaans
Loading quotations in CRM system (training will be given)
Phoning for appointments for the branch sales department on existing and new leads in CRM. Therefore candidate must have a suitable telephone manner and an acceptable telephone voice. A stronger person that will not accept the first no, as the standard will be the norm.
Normal telephone and administrative secretarial duties from 8am to 5pm.
Must have license, own vehicle and preferably reside in Paarl or Wellington.
