Sales Administrator, Earth moving depot on East Rand. Candidate MUST MUST MUST know MS Excel advanced with pivot tables knowledge. Experience in a mining / earth moving / technical environment is a must.

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, the Sales Administration Assistant ensures that the Sales team is provided with Offers, Confirmations of Orders, lead times, pricing and machine configurations effectively, efficiently and timeously.

• Ensures sales enquiries are responded to promptly and accurately in order to maintain customer service satisfaction.
• Liaises with factories regarding machine availability, pricing and configuration.
