MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a corporate gifts environment advantage
Proficiency in Business English
Above average communication and telephone skills
Computer literacy (MS Office)

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Assist sales team to manage client accounts and provide professional assistance, information and options
Follow-up on all outstanding work on a daily basis and ensure all emails are attended to within the specified timeframe
Follow-up on layouts and liaise with clients are required
Monitor production timelines
Liaise with warehouse on stock availability
Generate quotations, job cards, correspondence, etc., in required format
Ensure that all administrative tasks, including Amtrack reports, are completed within prescribed timeframes
Protect the integrity of the company at all times
Assist others as and when required
Comply with safety regulations
