Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales, administration and customer relations
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in the construction material supply industry will be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the Port Elizabeth Construction Market
- Understanding of a broad range of quarry and construction materials
- Valid driver's license
- Candidate must preferably live in Port Elizabeth

Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders
- Load customer accounts onto the system
- Assist walk-in customers
- Maintain relations with dealers and distributors
- Maintain and build relationships with existing client base
- Handle customer complaints promptly
- Maintain customer accounts and ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices
- Provide recommendations to management for the development of products
- General administration
