Responsibilities of the role include:
* Collection of Sales Contracts from reps and agents to be forwarded to the contracts department
* Sorting out rejected contracts with reps and agents
* Loading all companies and banking details
* Travel arrangements, accommodation, car hire of managers and reps when required
*Load airtime and data fir the company
* Arranging weekly manager/ rep meeting and distributing minutes of meetings
* Expense Claims- manager and reps
* Leave form- manager and reps
* Marketing functions:
i) Distribution of supplier promo material
ii)Design, order and and distribution of company promo material(posters, stickers, t-shirts)
* Co-ordinating sales related office functions
i) Company socials

Requirements:
* Matric/ equivalent
* Relevant administration experience
* Relevant MS Office experience, advanced Excel (advantageous)
* Effective communicator
