Job Description:
Process customer invoicing and statements in a timely manner
Reconcile amounts received to invoices processed for customers and follow-up of discrepancies
Liaise with local and international customers to ensure timely debt collections
Receive and capture of account sales
Allocate account sale receipts to correct consignments
Add hoc administrative work i.e. calculations, reconciliations and market reports
Capture and verify price, volume and cost per client, per consignment onto the system
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree preferred and 2 years work experience
Essential to have either accounting/financial and or marketing acumen
Experience on Dipar IT export system preferable
Preferable to be at Intermediate level of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
Comfortable working with numbers
Driver’s license and own transport
