Sales Administrator, Logistics, Strand, Cape Town

Well established company is looking for a Sales Administrator with 2+ years’ experience in Logistics Transport. Must be able to start the 1st November 2017.

Salary: R10 000.00 – R12 000.00 CTC (Include Medical Aid & Pension)
Starting Date: 1st November 2017

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• Previous experience in Sales Related environment will be beneficial
• Quoting / Invoicing clients via email or telephone.
• Assisting with claims when needed
• Follow up on orders / cash sales and receive payments
• Tracking and updating clients daily
• Maintaining high level of customer service levels
• Ensuring correct information/documentation is received and sent to clients
• Liaise daily with planners and accounts department
