Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant Course / Work Related Experience

Basic Knowledge:

• Computer literate (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Excellent Administration skills

Main Objectives:

1. Provide administrative assistance to the CTN Sales Manager.
2. Managing of incoming sales calls and emails.
3. Assist with internal sales process.
4. Research potential clients and industry events.

Responsibilities:

Clients

• Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle enquiries when appropriate.
• Assist client requests; do QR, check QQ and send completed quotes to client.
• Liaise with clients and other Gearhouse staff in the day to day facilitation of sales.
• Welcome and give assistance to clients visiting the Gearhouse CTN Branch.

Projects

Co-ordinate and administer special projects as and when required.

Administrative

• Organise and maintain Sales diaries, including making appointments where necessary.
• Devise and maintain office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow.
• Deal with incoming Sales emails and calls.
• Handle correspondence, drafting of sales letters and taking of dictation and minutes.
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
• Organise and file paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
• Carry out background research and present findings to the relevant person.
• Research potential clients and events.
• Organise and attend Sales meetings, ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings (sales reports, usage reports).
• Arrange travel and accommodation, as and when required.
• Attend meetings/briefings with the Sales manager to take notes or dictation, or to provide general assistance during presentations.
• Track and administer sales staffs' commissionable earnings.
